Lady Norbert is the fan fiction-writing pen name of Laura Klotz, who once wrote a book called Saving the World in Your Spare Time.  That's been the major accomplishment of her life to this point.

On the internet, however, she carved out a confusing little bit of notoriety through the creation of Elizabeth Quatermain and the lengthy fanfic series comprised of the character's diaries.  She's also slightly well known for her contributions to Harry Potter fanfic, most particularly the piece called "Ron's Soliloquy," and has also written some fanfic for The Legend of Zelda.  She's desperately trying to write a novel, but so far, her overriding fascination with shiny objects has prevented her from actually finishing any of her manuscripts. 

When she's not wreaking havoc on other people's fictional universes, Lady N. works as the secretary at her church, writes freelance magazine pieces about people she's never met, and does a little too much volunteer work.  She drives a car she calls Tom Sawyer.  She and her husband, a mild-mannered, long-suffering gentleman named Kevin, live in Pennsylvania with their cats, Maddy and Random.
